PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ideal candidate is capable of

  • Install cabinetry including all fronts, hardware, materials, parts etc.; read drawings and install according to details.

  • The ability to read, understand, and interpret plan drawings and specifications

  • In good physical condition

  • Use machinery in the manufacturing process. Ex/ Table saw, edge bander, panel saw

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Must possess a strong working knowledge of millwork practices, procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, and quality control,

  • Completing projects quickly and on time

  • Must be able to manufacture high quality products according to plans/specifications/drawing and instructions

  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines

  • Comfortable with fitting, joinery, assembling, and constructing custom cabinetry / millwork / furniture

  • Must have the ability to follow work order specifications and ensure quality end products

  • Work carefully to ensure safety and product quality

  • Must be Detail orientedFitting, joinery, assembling, and constructing custom cabinetry / millwork / furniture

  • Comfortable with power tools and hand tools.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • A valid BC driver’s license & reliable transportation is required

  • Must have both Commercial & Residential Experience

  • Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation

  • Must be able to lift, carry and maneuver Cabinetry which may vary in size & weight.

  • High standard of integrity and professionalism

  • Demonstrate professional, clean and neat appearance

  • Able to work in team effort environment and display professionalism at all times

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include working outside the typical schedule of Mon- Fri, and overtime.

  • Must be punctual, reliable and hard working

  • Must be able to read and understand units of measure

  • Self-motivated and able to work without supervision

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills Drug free at all times

  • Ability to work in a team environment and positive attitude are imperative.

  • PPE and basic hand tools required *
