The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to provide overall administrative support for all office functions including: payroll, invoicing and collections; recruitment and hiring; sales, and general receptionist responsibilities.


Specific responsibilities include:

  1. Timekeeping

  2. Tracking in Microsoft Excel

  3. Excellent computer skills


  1. Must be able to pass a background and drug test.

  2. Must have excellent attendance

Duration is 2-3 months

Pay: $12.00 hr
