Rough Carpenters

Looking for carpenters with rough framing experience as well as other carpentry related skills including installing doors & windows, and setting trusses etc.

Job duties may also include the following:

  • Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.

  • Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.

  • Install structures or fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware, using carpenters' hand or power tools.

  • Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, carpenter's hand tools, or power tools.

  • Erect scaffolding or ladders for assembling structures above ground level.

  • Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.

Finish Carpenters

We also have a need for finish carpenters doing base & case, crown molding, installing cabinets & counter tops etc. for current and upcoming projects.

Additional tasks may include:

  • Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, or hardware, using carpenter's hand and power tools.

  • Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools.

  • Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, carpenter's hand tools, and power tools.

  • Assemble and fasten materials to make framework or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.

  • Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saw.

  • Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.

Preferred to have at least 3 years of experience in a construction environment. Must have reliable transportation and own all basic hand tools for the trade.

Specific requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in commercial carpentry

  • Ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches, building plans and other specifications required by our client for information pertaining to the type of material required to get job done

  • Experience working with equipment such as: boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts

  • Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation

  • High standard of integrity and professionalism
