Our ideal Sales Manager candidate will be expected to grow and manage our already successful market. The Sales Manager is responsible for reaching established yearly goals by managing the day-to-day sales operations of the office and by establishing relationships with key clientele.
Recruits, hires and trains new Field Representatives in the Office.
Coaches all Field Representatives inthe Office to meet and exceed sales goals.
Drives the Sales Performance of the Office.
Supervising & driving all sales activities
Monitoring profit and loss
Reporting to the General Manager
Candidates must possess exceptional management skills and know how to build and manage a dynamic sales team and support personnel. Other requirements include:
Excellent organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills
Be self-motivated and goal oriented
Successful sales or recruitment track record
Industry knowledge is a plus
