Onsite Administrative Assistant-

The Administrative assistant must be proactive, organized and have an attention to detail for managing the employees’ hours, discipline, orientation, safety, etc...This position is responsible for understanding the client’s operations and ensuring a high level of service to our client. This position’s work schedule can fluctuate between five and seven days a week and can require various hours and shifts (day/night/swing) weekly.


2 years of previous Administrative assistant and Time keeping experience required

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform required duties and lead others in a challenging environment

  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Can multi-task and prioritize tasks based on urgency

  • Responsible for coaching, counseling and developing employees on attendance, hours, productivity and overall job performance

  • Follow and enforce Tradesmen International policies and procedures

  • Understanding client specific needs on site as it relates to their skilled trade requirements

  • Building relationships with Tradesmen International Field Employees ensuring high retention rate

  • Onboarding Tradesmen personnel and ensuring compliance with hiring policies and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and manage personnel functions as needed

  • Resolving employee issues as they arise (production, attendance, payroll, safety, etc.)

  • Ensuring safety policies and procedures are being followed by all Tradesmen craftsmen on site

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
