Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Sub Arc Operator Welders for a project located in Tampa, FL . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $18-30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Sub Arc Operator Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Layout Material

• Drill Holes

• Weld Using Hard Wire and Duel Shield

• Fabricate using Saws, Iron Workers, Drill Presses, Press Brakes, and other Shop Equipment

• Sub Arc Welding, SMAW and GMAW Techniques

• Cut and Fuse Metals Using Arc Gauging Technique

• Welding an Assortment of Metal, Steel, and Iron from Ship Components and Propellers

Requirements:

• Must Have Basic Tools & PPE

• Ability to Prepare & Setup Appropriate Welding Equipment

• Able to Read Drawings
