Successfully perform work as an individual, as a member of a single craft, or a multi-craft work crew.
Perform work with minimal supervision.
Comply with craft and shipyard safety and environmental measures.
Perform transportation, cleaning, and supporting shipyard projects.
Perform general cleaning of the following: vessel, dock, sea valves, sea chest, chain locker and chains fore and aft peaks, void tanks, feed water tanks, aux. and main condenser, D.C. heater, portable air receiver, etc.
Work in a team environment.
Properly cares for and safely use hand and power tools and all company property.
Perform similar work in all areas of the Yard as the need arises.
Recognize and resolve unsafe working conditions.
Familiarity with the general layout of a vessel and its tanks, spaces, and other compartments.
