Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in and around Ardmore, OK. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $29-36/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

• Maintain, repair, install, inspect, & adjust commercial manufacture & industrial HVAC systems

• Supervise & direct activities of other workers associated with HVAC system operation

• Estimate layouts & schedule jobs

• Read & understand system blueprints, specifications, & performance data to determine configuration & purpose of system components such as compressors, motors, pumps, fans, switches, etc.

• Detect malfunctions in system component parts

• Open valves on equipment such as compressors, pumps, & condensers to prepare system for operation

• Respond to associated hot/cold temperature complaints and other readings on log sheet at specified intervals

• Operate refrigerant recovery equipment, vacuums, pumps, charging equipment, & service gauges, etc.

• Install wiring to connect components

• Replace or adjust defective or worn parts to repair systems

• Cut, bend, & crimp sheet metal

• Install air ducts & associated sheet metal components

• Inspect & measure building to determine airflow requirements

• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to read blueprints
