Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Pipefitters for projects located in Ashland, VA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $24-27/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Pipefitter eager to master your skills alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Cutting, assembling and installing pipes

• Lay out parts to know how much to allow for the effects of heat and shrinkage on metal

• Prepare structural metal products for welding and riveting

• Testing pipe systems to ensure safety and functionality

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 7+ years pipefitting experience

• Understand hoists and cranes to position steel

• Attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50lbs
