Tradesmen International is immediately hiring an experienced Journeyman Pipefitter for projects located in Buffalo, NY . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $20-25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Reviewing blueprints

• Applying knowledge of system operation to select the most suitable pipe, type and size according to specifications

• Install, support equipment like hangers, brackets, pneumatic equipment and hydraulic cylinders

• Inspect work site to ensure no obstructions to the pipe and if there are any holes or interferences

• Repair and/or modify the design

• Cutting pipes using hand and power tools

• Threading and bending pipes

• Installing tubes, fittings and non metallic attachments

• Joining pipes using threads, soldering brazing or cemented connections

• Operating material movement machinery to lift pipes, support equipment and heavy machinery
