Tradesmen International is immediately hiring an experienced Custodial Maintenance Technician for projects located in Chula Vista, CA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Facilities maintenance and upkeep

• Janitorial work including; pick up trash on docks, taking trash to receptacles and assisting in cleaning event rooms

• Perform general repair in areas of Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and cleaning/maintaining landscaping as required

• Developing and maintaining effective friendly professional working relationships

• Other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Must follow safety and environmental rules

• Must have and wear proper PPE

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Preferred previous marina experience

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

• Knowledge of basic power tools preferred
