Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in and around Golden, CO . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $25-44/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Support Facility Maintenance Manager in Preventative, Corrective and General Maintenance of HVAC Systems

• Performing Maintenance of HVAC Equipment, Production, Chillers and Boilers

• Perform Tests, Rounds and Analysis of Data to Assure the Proper Functioning of Equipment

• Monitor Operation, Adjust and Maintain Refrigerant Heat Exchangers, HVAC Equipment and Systems, etc.

• Ensure Proper Operation of Equipment and Make Adjustments as Needed

• Analyze the Operation of Various Systems, Determine the Cause of any Problem

• Measure, cut, hang, & install sheet metal

• Follow safety practices & utilize protective clothing & equipment as required by OSHA

• Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements:

• Strong Working Knowledge of the Mechanical Functions Associated with HVAC Systems and Equipment

• Carpentry Skills
