Tradesmen International is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Helper to round out our team in our Hagerstown, MD office. If you are an HVAC Install Helper eager to grow and learn in your trade alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Helping to Install Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Gas Furnaces, Oil Furnaces, Boilers, Ductless HVAC

• On- Going Project(s)

• Our shifts range from 6am to 8am starts and can be 8 to 10 hours depending on the scope.

• Job is located in Frederick, MD and the surrounding area.

• Pay is up to $22/hour based on experience & skill level

Requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ Years of HVAC Install Experience

• Advanced Residential HVAC Install Helper

• Must have your own tools for the Trade

• Minor Duct Skills are a Plus

• Must Wear Appropriate PPE: Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, High Vis Vest, Gloves & Steel Toed Boots

• We are very big on safety. That means making sure you get home to your family every night! To do this, we ask that you wear your PPE (Hardhat, Vest, Glasses, and Steel toed boots on every project). Some projects we ask for additional safety gear but you will be notified ahead of time and it will be something we provide.
