Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Flat Welders for projects located in and around Green Bay, WI. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate that is based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

• Utilize proper materials & welding techniques

• Work with combination of steel & stainless steel, & some minor electrical enclosures

• Constructed large DOD electrical enclosures of aluminum

• Necessitate need for riggers & cranes to move them from one phase of production to the next

• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• NAVSEA and/or AWS Certification

• In depth understanding of how material responds & which filler metal & shielding gas to use
