Tradesmen International is immediately hiring an experienced Safety Coordinator for projects located in and around Pearl Harbor, HI . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $32-34/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Plan, Organize and Implementation of the Company Safety Program while Ensuring Compliance with Federal, State and Corporate Environmental, Health, and Safety Regulations

• Oversee, Coordinate all Aspects of the Safety Program

• Conduct Workplace Safety Checks

• Give Direction and Guidance to On-site Construction Staff

• Conduct New Employee Orientation

• Monitor Site Safety Reports

• Identify Workplace Safety Hazards and Take Necessary Steps to Consult Site Management in Corrective Action

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 Years of Safety Coordinator Experience

• Familiar with JSA and JHA's

• Understand and Implement Safety Policies and Procedures
