Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Repairs & maintains machinery & mechanical equipment, such as pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, & production machines/equipment

• Observes mechanical equipment in operation to locate causes of trouble

• Diagnoses equipment failures & provides recommendations for proper repair course of action

• Dismantles equipment to remove & replace defective parts

• Adjusts functional parst of equipment & control instruments

• Ensures that all equipment complies with OEMs & Regulatory Agencies opering standards, Ensures proper equipment lubrication in compliance with OEMs lubrication schedule

• Follows Preventative Maintenance Work Order procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma of GED, Technical School Degree preferred

• 1yr minimum mechanical repair related experience in a heavy industrial setting or equivalent combination of education & experience
