Tradesmen International, Inc. Accounts Payable and Cash Representative in Macedonia, Ohio
The Accounts Payable and Cash Representative is responsible for the processing of multiple office locations and corporate accounts payable activity and posting of high volume of cash activity to accounts receivable system. This position regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in determining how to prioritize and process accounts payable and address uncashed vendor payments.
This position reports to the Treasury Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Code and match invoices to purchases orders and input into Accounts Payable system.
Processing corporate level accounts payable invoices including, workers compensation, legal, human resource, and rent payments.
Process accounts payables invoices for multiple field offices.
Daily posting of cash received from multiple lockboxes and credit card processing.
Assisting with year-end audit and special projects as requested.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:
The candidate will have good communication including written and verbal skills, knowledge of accounting principles and basic mathematical ability. Successful candidates must have effective organizational skills, and the ability to establish priorities and to multi-task. The candidate will also be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma with 1-3 years of accounts payable and/or cash application experience or minimum of Associates Degree in accounting.
- The position requires a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
