Tradesmen International, Inc. Administrative Support Associate in Macedonia, Ohio


Statement of Purpose:

The primary responsibility of the Support Center Associate is to provide overall clerical support for field office functions including: payroll, invoicing and collections; and customer support responsibilities.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Handle weekly field employee payroll through timecard audit and data entry

  • Create and process client invoices and monitor payments

  • Support Tier 1 processes to include (but not limited to) accounting, collections, IT and payroll.

  • Handle requests for information and data

  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed

  • Provide verbal and written responses for routine inquiries

  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails

  • Assist in other projects and clerical duties as needed

  • Acts as backup to assigned local offices as needed

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


Job Requirements:

  • Associates degree preferred

  • 1 year of hands on support experience

  • Proficient in MS Office in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Hard working with the ability to work in a fast paced, multiple project environment, with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional, outgoing personality, flexibility and adaptability to change

  • High level of personal drive and initiative

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively utilize appropriate resources to resolve issues

  • Ability to multi-task, meet specified deadlines and maintain a flexible, positive attitude.

  • Ability to manage priorities and to make routine decisions independently

  • Ability to analyze, prioritize and problem solve practices to improve efficiency

  • Excellent research and problem solving skills

  • Sets clear priorities and focuses time and energy on them

  • Takes action; reliably delivers on commitments

  • Superior organization skills and dedication to complete projects in a timely manner
