Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in all facets of HR from recruiting, on-boarding, training, compensation, employee engagement and employee communications

  • Leverage technology to eliminate paper and improve process efficiency

  • Assist in completing projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans

  • Manage projects in HR that improve effectiveness and efficiency of the function and the business


  • In progress, or recently completed, bachelor degree in HR or related field.

  • Advanced MS Office experience in particular, high skill level with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Hard working with the ability to work in a fast paced, multiple project environment, with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional, outgoing personality, flexibility and adaptability to change

  • High level of personal drive and initiative

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively utilize appropriate resources to resolve issues

  • Ability to multi-task, meet specified deadlines and maintain a flexible, positive attitude.

  • Problem solving skills and a strong attention to detail

  • Sets clear priorities and focuses time and energy on them

  • Takes action; reliably delivers on commitments

  • Identifies ways to streamline and/or improve processes

  • Investigates and adopts best practices and lessons learned from elsewhere
