Tradesmen International, Inc. Staff Accountant in Macedonia, Ohio
Duties include, but not limited to: monthly close schedules, journal entries and account reconciliations, sales and use taxes, property taxes, fixed assets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Monthly financial journal entries and account analysis on select accounts
Analyze and Reconcile all expense reporting in Concur and record related Journal Entries
Fixed asset additions and depreciation updates
Prepare Sales and Use tax filings
Prepare and record various expense allocations for offices
Prepare Personal property tax filings
Assist with process documentation
Annual 1099 reporting
Review customer credit card payments
Preparation of Audit and Tax support schedules for outside Auditors
Research P & L requests from field offices
Assist in annual budget, special projects, year-end audit
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
CPA preferred, but not required
Minimum 2 years of Accounting experience

Knowledge of accounting principles
High level of excel skills for data analysis
Hard working with the ability to work in a fast paced, multiple project environment, with strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills, professional, outgoing personality, flexibility and adaptability to change

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively utilize appropriate resources to resolve issues
