Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Marine Paint Blasters for projects located in and around Newport News, VA . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $27.31/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

• Paint blasting in shipyards, on tanks/vessels

• Utilize high pressure blast equipment

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in using high pressure blast equipment; Experience must include working in a physically demanding environment, confined spaces, & working on heights; and in the use of a blaster air-fed helmet and/or soft hood air-fed respirator and a negative-pressure half-face respirator

• C7 Certified or Non-certified

• Background Check & Drug Screen

• Must be a US Citizen

• Must be flexible to work any shift if needed
