Description

We are hiring an experience Apprentice/Journeyman Millwrights to work in the Pekin, IL area. This is at least a 3 month long project. Join one of America's top teams of skilled craftsmen!

At least 2+ years Milwright experience and general construction experience required.

Pay: Based on experience and education

Eligible for benefits

Work Week: 40 hours + possible OT

Will be repairing or installing conveyor systems or other factory equipment. Metatarsal or steel toed boots required.

Skilled tradesmen will need: basic hand tools, hardhat, work boots, gloves, and safety glasses.

Requirements

• Ability to construct, assemble, repair and dismantle machinery and equipment using tools such as: hammers, wrenches, crowbars, rollers, dollies, hoists and other hand tools

• Ability to understand schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches, building plans and other specifications required by our client for information regarding the type of material required to get job done

• Experience working with equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts

• Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation

• High standard of integrity and professionalism

• 2 years of experience

• Drug free at all times
