For the Project Coordinator, this is achieved through the administration of a rigorous hiring process and by managing the safety of the workforce after the hire through daily education, training and motivation to engage in safety-related behaviors.
Project Coordinators generally work in Tradesmen’s medium to large field offices, with gross sales of $2,000,000 or more. The Project Coordinator along with the General Manager is responsible for directing and managing the Recruiter if the office is large enough to support the Recruiter position.
