Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Marine Pipefitters for projects located in and around Panama City, FL. We are hiring for all shifts at a pay range of up to $19/hour plus $120/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:

• Assemble, Install & Test Piping for Various Systems in Accordance to Plans Specification Codes and Industry Standard

• Select Specified Type and Size of Pipe Fittings, Valves, etc.

• Measure and Mark Pipe for Cutting and Threading

• Assemble Pipes, Tubes and Fittings

• Bend Pipe

• Install & Verify Operation of High Pressure Steel Pipes and Fittings

• Repair & Replace any Damaged Pipe

• Fabricate and Install Metal Fittings

• Install Supports, Valves and other Control Equipment

• Test Installed Piping Systems

• Perform Final Hook Ups of Systems and Commissioning

• Other Tasks as Assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Plus 3+ Years of Pipefitting and/or Plumbing Experience

• Working Knowledge of all Standard Pipe, Craft Formulas, Materials and Drawings, Equipment Work Processes and Techniques used in Measuring, Fitting and Tack Welding Steel

• Pass SMAW Tack Welding Test to Become ABS Certified

• Knowledge of Welding Ship Terminology and OSHA Standards

• Ability to Read and Comprehend Written, Oral or Diagram, Form or Plans, Blueprints

• Ability to Read Tape Measure and Use Hand, Power Tools and Cutting Torch

• Able to Work Flexible Hours, Including Overtime, Weekends & Holidays

• Comply with Company, Federal, State and Local Safety, Ethics and Environmental Rules, Regulations and Policies
