The ideal candidate must be well-versed in all commerical and be able to assist in leading a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. This individual will be able to work with limited supervision. Trim, casework, counter tops, closet shelving, towel/grab bars, drop ceilings, metal studs, drywall are all aspects you must have knowledge and be proficient at.

Candidates must have your own hand tools, relieable transportation, and your own vehicle. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great construction experience. The goal will be to ensure all projects are executed on time according to requirements.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Construction, experience in Commercial setting.

  • Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, trades and regulations.

  • Adept in reading blue prints, plot plans and schematics.

  • Strong, leadership and communication skills with excellent sense of initiative and time management.

  • OSHA 10 Certified

Physical Requirements

  • Work up to a 12+ hour shift doing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outside conditions.

  • Climb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders and scaffolds.

  • Will lift, push or pull objects up to 50lbs. on an occasional basis

  • Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis

  • Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures

  • May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis

  • May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis

  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.)

Move in and around confined, cluttered and uneven areas
