Tradesmen International is immediately hiring an experienced Equipment Operator for projects located in Yorktown, VA . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate starting at $14.35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Operation and performing daily maintenance of the skid steer loaders at the compost facility

• Assist operators in maintenance of equipment

• Ensure that debris and material remain clear of processing equipment and the site is kept clean

• Maintain records of daily maintenance on equipment and fueling amounts

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Willing to train

Requirements

• Able to operate a rubber tire loader skid steer loader and other compost turning/screening equipment

• Ability to speak clearly to convey or exchange information, includes receiving instructions assignments and/or directions from superiors

• Must be adaptable to performing under minimal levels of stress
