Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Facility Maintenance Workers for a project located in Baltimore, MD . This is a full-time opportunity and the pay rate is up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• General maintenance in facility

• Light electrical work; replacing bulbs, ballast, switches and receptacles

• Plumbing leaks and repairs

• Grounds work and clean-up

• Assist contractors

• Painting

• Trash runs

• Moving office furniture

• Replacing ceiling tiles

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience
