Tradesmen International is immediately hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for projects located in Grand Rapids, MI . This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is up to $27/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Perform mechanical tasks

• Preventative maintenance

• Building repairs or improvements

• Painting

• Landscaping

• Respond to machine and/or system failures

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in the field

• Previous experience, trade school, or formal training as maintenance technician, and/or electrical apprentice in a manufacturing setting

• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems

• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods, working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices, and ability to read blueprints

• Must be able to troubleshoot when necessary
