Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Machinists for projects located in and around Lees Summit, MO . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Working on Electric Motors

• Operate Forklift

• Disassembly of Low Voltage Nema/IEC, AC Motor

• Document Findings

• Removal and Install Equipment Motors, Gearbox Blowers, etc.

• Measuring Tolerances of Fits

• Diagnose Possible Reasons for Failure/Root Cause, Surge/Hi-Pot Testing

• Setting up Brake for Operating Vertical, Solid Shaft Motor

• Mechanical Electrical Motor Testing

• Single Phase Motor Inspection

• Other Tasks as Assigned

Requirements:

• Experience on Electric Motors

• Understanding the Use of Overhead Cranes, Jib Cranes and Proper Rigging Techniques

• Able to Read and Understand Technical Drawings and Manufacturer Specs

• General and Electrical Knowledge

• Understand Root Cause Failure
