Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects in various locations in Pennsylvania . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $63/hour based on experience plus $125/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:

• Surveying Buildings and Repairing Mechanical Systems

• Performing Maintenance of Electrical Systems (Circuit Breakers, Panels, Motors, Switches, Pneumatic Controls, etc.)

• Inspecting Fire Alarm Systems

• Repairing, Maintaining Heating and Plumbing Systems

• Preventative and Routine Maintenance on Lawn Mowers, Fleet Vehicles, Plant Equipment, and Floor Maintenance Machines

• Carpentry Work such as Shelving, Stairs, and Trim Work

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 Year of Experience (Minimum of 6 Years of Experience to earn the higher range of pay)

• Able to Pass a Drug Screen and Background Check

• Reliable Means of Transportation

• Ability to Travel

• Able to Read, Interpret, and Work from Blueprints, Drawings, or Oral Instructions
