Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Marine Fiberglass Technicians for projects located in the Niceville, FL area . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $20-23/hour based on experience and skill level.If you are a Marine Fiberglass Technician eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Construct, fit-out & repair Marine Vessels from small recreational craft to larger commercial vessels

• Fabricate boat parts using fiberglass, resin, and other composite materials

• Repair damage to fiberglass & carbon boat hulls or other parts

• Make accurate cuts of wood & other materials using table or chop saws, and power tools from blueprints

• Work with epoxy prepeg, laminating, vacuum consolidated wet laminating, and vacuum infusion techniques

• Own hand tools
