Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Controls Engineering Technicians for projects located in and around Vernon, IN . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay range is up to $26/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Support Production Operations for all Maintenance and Repairs for Mechanical Problems such as, but not limited to, Conveyors and Machine Automation, Robots, CNC Lathes, Forge Presses
Analyze, Troubleshoot, Repair, and Maintain all Plant Equipment through the Application of sound Troubleshooting Techniques and Repair Methodology
Perform Preventative, Predictive and Routing Inspection Maintenance
Maintain a Clean and Safe Working Environment
Working with 24 DC to 480 Volts AC
Other Tasks as Assigned
Requirements:
Able to Read, Understand, and Work from Blueprints, Mechanical Drawings, Equipment Specifications, and Schematics
Basic Understanding of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Circuits and Equipment
Able to Navigate Ladder Logic, Allen Bradley, and Siemens
Ability to Use Test Equipment such as a Multi-Meter, Megger, Phase Rotation Meter, and Oscilloscope
Familiarity with Fanuc or Nachi Robots for Recovery, Point Adjustment and Program Change
