Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Flat Welders for projects located in and around Red Bluff, CA. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $30/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

• Structural Welding flux core & MIG

• Work with FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, etc.

• Interpret engineered drawings

• Follow redline process

• Operate various hand and power tools

• Recommend modifications and improvements when applicable using weld symbols, dimensions

• Troubleshoot and repair consumable failures such as spring liners & tip nozzle insulators

• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 4+ Years of Experience or Education/Experience Equivalent

• Ability to read Blueprints

• Must pass Weld Test

• Must be able to obtain AWS Certifications
