Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Millwrights of all skill levels for a project located in Sherman, TX . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Commercial Manufacturing

• Centrifugal Fan Pump Installation

• Level bases, build and attach grout forms, mix and pour grout, wreck out forms, touch-up grout, pull bearing caps and check pillow block bearing clearances and alignment to fan shaft, check and or adjust fan wheel to inlet scroll clearance, check and record runout readings on shafts & couplings, perform shaft alignment including soft foot correction, lubricate bearings, install inertia base springs and float inertia base.

• Centrifugal Pump Installation Scope:Layout and level baseplate, install baseplate anchors, build and attach grout forms, mix and pour grout, wreck out forms, touch-up grout, check and or set pump impeller clearance, install pump and motor couplings, check and record runout readings on shafts & couplings, perform shaft alignment including soft foot correction, perform pipe strain test with dial indicators, lubricate bearings, install inertia base springs and float inertia base.

• Dry Pack Grouting of Pipe Stand Feet

• Rigging/Hoisting

Requirements

• Alignment Experience

• Experience Requirements with Precision Tools

• Level pump and fan bases/baseplate's utilizing precision level.

• Perform shaft and coupling run-out readings utilizing dial indicators.

• Perform shaft alignments including soft-foot correction, utilizing laser shaft alignmenttool

• Safety Certification Requirements:

• OSHA 10 Construction.

• Industrial & Rough Terrain Forklift

• Confined space.

• Fall protection
